Tavana Energy Company in a close collaboration with Kharazmi University, has established TAVANA Technology Center inside university campus in Karaj. The center will act as an Accelerator and Innovation center on several areas like Energy, Water, Environment, biotechnology and Geo-tourism, to help students and researchers to mature their innovative ideas till a commercial product and to form startups and knowledge-based companies.

Tavana IranLabExpo 2017

  • Tavana Energy,  as a knowledge-based enterprise will participate in the 5th laboratory equipment & chemicals exhibition (Iran Lab 2017) which will be held in Tehran International Permanent Fairground, April 24- 27, 2017. The last laboratory related equipment and chemicals which are made in Iran will be presented in this large gathering. Our latest laboratory products for Core Analysis will be exhibited at booth No. 56 Hall 40.

  • Tavana Energy Company represents WSG (Well Services Group) of The Netherlands in Iran through an exclusive agreement.  The cooperation covers technologies and services related to drilling and production, to enhance the production from Iranian hydrocarbon reservoirs. Tavana Geochemical

  • Tavana Energy Company awarded a tender related to Geochemical analysis of rock and fluid in new explored regions of Iran, and inked a contract with Exploration Directorate one of NIOC’s subsidiaries. Tavana Technology Center (T-Tech) will study Geochemical characteristics of different samples and analyze results to produce a general map of geochemical properties of Iranian oil fields.

  • Tavana Energy Company and PETROSTREAMZ signed a MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) and TAVANA is selected as an “Exclusive Agency” of PETROSTREAMZ. Teco&Geotek

  • Tavana Energy Company and Geotek Limited have agreed to a strategic partnership to provide non-destructive core scanning and X-ray CT services and instrumentation to research, ground engineering, oil and gas, and mining clients in Iran.
    Geotek specializes in high-resolution, non-destructive analysis of geological cores. They have supplied their range of Multi-Sensor Core Logger (MSCL) systems for over 20 years, using a suite of geophysical and geochemical sensors, providing equipment sales and services to science and industry worldwide.     The title of the talk by Dr. Oz Yilmaz would be “The near-surface and the subsurface: image-based velocity estimation and seismic imaging”.   • TAVANA cooperates with international partners on Iran Petroleum Contract (IPC) to form TAVANA Oil & Gas as an E&P enterprise to meet NIOC criteria as a local partner. The goal is to be involved in development of small and mid-sized Iranian oil and gas fields, through the new contractual model (IPC), as a local partner and a vehicle for technology transfer.

  • TAVANA inked a contract with Sarvak Azar Engineering and Development Company, who is in charge of Azar oil field development. TAVANA Technology Center (T-Tech) will study Geology, Routine Core Analysis, Special Core Analysis, PVT &Fluid Analysis and Enhanced Oil Recovery(EOR) experiments on Azar Oil Field.

  • TAVANA signed 3 contracts with RIPI (the research Center of NIOC) to equip their laboratory by manufacturing several Core Analysis apparatuses, like Helium Porosimeter and Automated Air Permeameter. TAVANA Technology Center (T-Tech) designs and manufactures a wide variety of oil and gas laboratory instruments.

  • TAVANA cooperates with the International Petroleum Technology Conference (IPTC). Dr. Ali Misaghi of TAVANA is a a Technical Committee Member of the IPTC to encourage the Iranian scientists to present their works in this event and also provide necessary consultancies in coordination of technical activities and reviewing the papers.

After a successful experience with the first EAGE workshop on Iraq in Istanbul, Dr. Ali Misaghi of TAVANA will continue his cooperation with EAGE as a technical committee member for the second EAGE workshop on Iraq.   • TAVANA and RIPI signed an agreement to cooperate closely and expand their services internationally. TAVANA, as a technology driven enterprise and registered in science and technology park of Tehran University who has a large international network, will cooperate with the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry (RIPI) to promote this large organization internationally and expand the geography of their services to the other countries.

  • TAVANA had an effective presence and cooperation with SEG in International Geophysical Conference in Istanbul. TAVANA effectively encouraged Iranian scientists and students to present their works and papers in this conference and about 75 papers out of 140 was from Iranian participants. Dr. Ali Misaghi of TAVANA was acknowledged in the opening ceremony of the conference for his efforts for the conference. TRT ,Turkish National Radio and Television channel, organized an exclusive live interview with Dr. Ali Misaghi about the outcome of the Conference, Geophysics and the future of oil and gas exploration in the area.
